Setting the standard

The hotel is amazing with everything catered for you. The food is exceptional and the staff are incredible from the reception to the cleaners and the entertainment team to the restaurant staff! Big shout for Miguel on reception and David in the ents team. Also a big mention for Diego on reception too. Also the girls for Yoga too - amazing work. You've got a huge amount of choice for food options which covers everyone and the BBQ restaurant was excellent. The staff do small touches every day whether it be leaving things in your room or coming round with extras at the pool. You're never stuck for something to do and for someone who loves being active, all the classes were great too. The food trucks offer more choice again and for the Star Prestige guests having access to the lounge and Sky Bar just take it to another level and well worth extra money to upgrade. With the beach literally out of the hotel, you can just choose between the pool and the sea without having to move your stuff as well. Kids club and all of the day events were also amazing.....pool carpets, foam parties, acrobat shows etc. All of this just in the daytime alone! Outstanding. Overall the hotel is exceptional and it's just a few tiny details that hold it back. Still in my opinion it's more a 5 star than a 4 star.

Not enough space around the pool and it meant you were on top of each other and this also applies to the restaurant as well. The hotel is amazing but the space was limited in these areas. We had one small issue relating to a cleaning problem and Yane on the Star Prestige reception didn't seem bothered or fussed with it which was a let down as for the most part she was very good but could be a little more polite with guests at times. Finally the gym could do with a refresh too.

Great hotel, happy with my choice.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were both good with a variety of food. The hotel's location is exceptional, right next to the sea. The pool facilities are great, and there are fantastic entertainment programs every day, with a very friendly entertainment staff. The beach is amazing, and the sea is warm. I'm very happy with my choice.

I didn't have enough storage space for clothes in the room. There was a wardrobe at the entrance, but most of it was without shelves, so it was more of a place to keep suitcases.

Perfect family all inclusive in Spain!

The hotel feels like new and modern and the beach is like no other

After 6 days of eating in the all inclusive restaurant the entree and the dessert tasted the same… but that happened to me at any all inclusive to be honest.

Wonderful

Perfect location right on the beach and in walking distance to everything (restaurant, supermarket, drug store, even hospital). Hotel and the room was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Every day there is some show or activity for kids and maybe also adults. Overall a quite nice family hotel next to one of the most beautiful beaches from Mallorca.

Pool water is somewhat cold in the morning, gets warmer in the afternoon. Fortunately there is also a heated, indoor spa area. The apartment is a bit small, but that's subjective. The food is delicious and on par with the 4* hotels on the island. But after 4-5 days it may start to lack diversity. There was a Spanish and Mexican evening, but Greek or Asian or Indian was missing during our stay. The one thing that's truly appalling is the sausage (Wurst) for breakfast. The Chorizo was very good, when it was served, but that brown "stuff" that's served every morning makes me think of dog food. Very disappointing for German speaking guests.

Great location, lovely resort, helpful and pleasant staff.

The place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a laundromat on site. Hard to find that info in any description but it’s important to me so I thought I would share. The detergent and fabric softener is auto dispensed though so if you have allergies it could be an issue. And you can’t opt out of it. The staff are all super nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The beach is beautiful and has great activities for kids. The location is great. Lots of wonderful restaurants around so you don’t have to do the all inclusive food option if you’d rather explore.

Why can’t there be king size mattresses? The two twins are not a great option. Would prefer to have a larger combined bed.

the seaside location

the poor selection and quality of food, much worse than at the other similar hotels i've stayed at; the facilities in the room - the toilet door weren't airtight, making the noises and smells to propagate throughout the room, and furthermore had a light controlled by a timer, making it very uncomfortable at night; last but not least, the beds in our room were awful - a double bed on what resembled an old hospital frame on wheels that kept sliding apart. The cleanliness of the poolside was also questionable. by the time the evening came, trash amassed at the pool banks

Very convenient place if you want to enjoy a all-in-one type of holidays, with nice external swimming pool, direct access to the beach, and good buffets for both breakfast and dinner. Personnel has been very kind

Not really worth the price considering the conditions of facilities.

The location is perfect, directly on the beach side, and the beach is very shallow, ideal for kids to play. The breakfast and dinner were nice and the burgers from food truck were delicious.

The wall is pretty thin, such that you can hear people talking in the corridor clearly. The ventilator in bath room didn’t work, and the water was pretty cold in the morning and in the late night during our stay. The lunch was under the average level of 4 start hotels.

Great place to stay with small kids

Location of this hotel is excelent, right on the beach, not in the port area but still close to have shops and markets nearby. The pool was amazing, great place for kids to have fun and play. The food was delicious on all meals.

We had half board and we found it strange to have to pay for water at the restaurant considering there was free water for all guests in the hotel's hallways. Water should be free in the restaurant.

Perfect stay for family

Room was a nice size and ideal for what we needed. Considering we are travelling with a toddler, all we really needed was a nice, child safe, comfortable room which we had. And a nice balcony view of the pool and sea. The pool has a few slides which are ideal for the kids and a nice big main pool for older kids and adults. Entertainment every day, and fitness classes at the pool were a bonus for those wanting to get involved. At the far end of the pool was a few steps down to a nice big sandy beach and clear blue sea. Breakfast buffer catered for every taste in our opinion. Plenty of choice fir the little one too. Many people, us included, would take a few small items for the little one to have at lunch time. Kids entertainment every day at 5pm went down well with out little one. Followed by evening entertainment which we really enjoyed.

Bathroom felt a bit like it needed to be updated or made to look a bit nicer perhaps. And out toddler was not happy with the shower. Perhaps some family rooms with baths are needed

Excellent hotel for family with kids

Middle of September. Beach was clean, white sand, water was shallow and very warm, small or no waves - good for small children. Sun beds at the beach belong to the city and are not free of charge, but you have plenty of sun beds at the hotel where you can leave your stuff safely and walk only a few meters to the sea for a swim. Hotel was quite busy but sun beds were always available. Swimming pool was never crowded. Good quality soft pool/beach towels. The hotel is eco friendly, good quality drinking water was available at special water stations on each floor, which minimized the use of plastic water bottles by guests. Beautiful hotel territory. My daughter loved play rooms and the playground with the beach view. Breakfast and dinner were great, big choice, within 10 days didn’t repeat. Food 10 out of 10. Room was bigger than we expected, quiet and clean. Wi-Fi in the room was very good if you need to make zoom video calls - no problem. Animation at the hotel was excellent. Very experienced and lively team. Every hour activities for kids and adults changed, great professional evening shows. Hotel staff very friendly, always helpful and smiling. Best hotel for family. I think one the best choices on the coast. We will return again.

This is not related to the hotel but to the experience of getting around : We didn’t like the local public transport. It was very stressful to get to the city center with the baby stroller. Bus drivers were rude, didn’t stop seen me having a baby stroller and if stopped required everyone to fold the strollers even if the baby was sleeping, or stroller not easy to fold, and made my two year old child wake up, stand and walk through the crowd at the front door, me holding her hand pushing through the crowd and carrying a heavy folded stroller not allowing me to pay at the front door but enter at the middle door. As a tourist I was shocked to receive this treatment at the European holiday destination especially with the child. Taxis were impossible to get. My advice - rent a car. We couldn’t see much around as I’m not a driver and public transport, getting a taxi was a terrible experience. Advice for a hotel - to consider a paid shuttle to the city center. Many guests with babies would use it.

Great buffets and entertainment for little ones and adults too. Lovely sandy beach with calm waves. Lovely landscaping. Good restaurants nearby and only a short cab ride away from the old town which is really worth visiting!! Area feels safe.
